This is the latest release from Yard Mastery - Rock Lock rock and mulch glue.
Work great on all kinds of landscape bedding materials.

Note: For mulch, it isn't going to turn it hard like it does rock and shell rock. Mulch is already a flexible material so all it does is hold it together in a flexible "net" of sorts. For sure though, it won't blow away or wash away in rain.
