Wild Country and Climbing Magazine have produced a series of 'How To' videos designed to demonstrate basic climbing skills and techniques. In this video Julie Ellison, Climbing Magazine Gear Editor, demonstrates a very important and truly essential technique, how to get down from the top of a sports climb.
The simple but very effective technique that Julie shows is one of the safest ways of getting yourself tied in safely to lower from a sports route and is worth watch a few times to really get it dialled.
