I have gotten enough messages saying that their results were out of sync with the audio, so hopefully this video should explain the right way to use it. There are lots of ways to modify it, such as storing each table as a string in base64 (63 or 126 characters long), using TweenSize, and better ways to integrate it, but this is just the basics.
