After 30+ attempts, I finally did it. So how it works is that you have to consume a fruit or poison flask, and enter any puddle after a few seconds passed.

Basically what happens is that whenever you eat the fruit, it waits a few seconds and triggers the transformation. Same with puddles, but there's no delay.

When you consume a fruit or poison flask, you then enter the puddle when the transform triggers, where both transformations are happening at once.

Please note that doing this is SUPER difficult and requires timing and memory.
