You can only pick it up in the bunker either when theres an alpha monke alive, or when all systems are destroyed.
Please remember that you can have only 1 shotgun at a time, even if they're out of bullets.

Reason for me being on another account is because I joined a certain group which would automatically kick me after a few seconds of play time. I would actually be really comfortable doing more tutorials on this account.
