okay so remember how I got that one Roblox Doors world record speedrun while drunk? oops! i did it again!
Roblox Grace is definitely one of the more fun speedrun games I've played as of late, and I've been spending quite a bit of time perfecting its movement, and also attempting the mashing category! With enough testing, it's actually not straight up mashing, just rhythmic jumping/crouching that requires some key rebinds to get used to. After switching my crouch to left mouse, I was able to make scarily fast progress.
Other improvements include:
- Skipping the 1st and 3rd carnation by rushing to saferooms 0 and 1 respectively.
- Utilizing worm hitboxes to move forward more despite spawns.
- Playing riskier with worm/rain.
- Utilizing crouch-jumping in every room that wasn't a downward slope.
- Utilizing downwards slopes to gain momentum.
- Skipping virtually every single "big man" encounter (i forgot the name of this entity.)
- Other small optimizations that made this run possible.
The old World Record was held by Greuce, a fellow Doors speedrunner from way back when. We had our own rivalry in Doors, and it's safe to say that the rivalry is back in full swing! This should be fun, we're gonna take this game to its' limit.

Heyo!! This was the first true test of perseverance when it came to doing every level in a single difficulty! Think of the 20.0s/20.0+s as a warmup, because it immediately got much harder in a big way after them. Took roughly a month just to get them all done!
This difficulty DEFINITELY has the best quality levels, and I highly recommend floating around this difficulty if youre new to the 20 difficulties! As always, the levels showcased will be shown from easiest to hardest, and all of the original videos of these clears have been uploaded to my secondary channel found below!

Extremely fun chart that I would recommend to just about anyone, theres a lot to love here! A lot of the patterns and their difficulty come from just awkward placements of pseudos in random rolling sections, making this decently technical but not too overbearing. This makes my 6th 21 clear (including rerates) within 5 days, which is honestly baffling.

Well, uh, I dont exactly know what to say?
I remember wanting to go for this clear for a very, very, VERY long time. Ive wanted this one since the very beginning; literal years have passed since I first set my eyes on it. This may be one of the most notorious charts of all time, and I just did it in a week. Just like that.
There are two separate methods that can be used to hit these sections, as with Mare. One requires constant 1k bpm stamina, and one requires 16 key consistency. Doing either individually is definitely 21.1 in difficulty, but doing a hybrid of both is definitely the easiest way to get this one done. I say hybrid is easiest because there are plenty of sections you can just simply not index and/or not roll. Rolling can conserve stamina on a ton of sections, and indexing practically makes the 85% sprint trivial as opposed to 16k base-ing it. Regardless of this, I still to this day have trouble believing this to be a true 21.1, mostly because of how short and flukeable it is in nature, but honestly I can see arguments for both.
Regardless this this huge progress, and practically everything I ever wanted. Something about both indexing and 16k locked in during that stream, and because of that, it opens up a completely new world of possibilities that I can now attempt to conquer. It really does feel like the end of an era.

Another awesome Codice chart done!! My plan for future Codice chart grinds will look like this: Life is Good (U6), then Staple on Smile (U7), then RATO (U12) (im not joking).
This chart in particular specializes in reverse pseudos, which are littered through the entire back half of the chart. They are extremely chokeable, but also somehow the easiest part of this chart. Generally takes quite a while to learn, however this one is easier to execute than I originally thought!

Really fun level honestly! Despite what many believe I found the song to be really fun to listen to while playing, although Id never listen to it on my own lol.
Generally, this chart only has one really hard section put square in the middle, with some nasty 16k bursts and otherwise challenging high keycount sections. Due to the short length of this chart, I definitely do not believe this to be 21+, but hey its harder than quax qualv :troll:

Another fairly overrated chart in the pack, but not by as much as youd think! Virtually no method in this section is consistent and going off of only stamina is extremely hard for a level that requires decent control throughout. this was really only possible due to a stamina-saving triplet roll I found that just happened to work somehow, so hybriding this is definitely the best choice.
I also didnt really expect to clear this within one day of grinding, so I had screenshares in the background and was in a fairly crowded call, so the clear quality (from a video standpoint) is poor. My bad I guess lol

Muted the very beginning of my run because I was pointlessly malding, if youre wondering why.
Annoying chart! The only hard section is roughly 34-50, and the rest can be pretty easily cheesed. The acceleration zip into 8k is almost entirely luck, and the random bursts in the middle are just annoying chokepoints, but the rest is pretty easy to learn and execute, just really annoying to play from 0.
