This has been bothering me for the past YEAR! I swear to you!! The last 40 seconds of the first one I uploaded on youtube was not in sync with the music and no matter how many times I rendered, even with my sisters computer, it couldn't be fixed. However, when I got my new computer this past April I re-rendered it..and I just left it on my computer.

UPDATE: I think I fixed my SV problem...seems I have to render in intervals in order for the file to work. So it looks like this one file is causing all the problems!
