In 1996, Turner Home Entertainment brought the fledgling Turner Classic Movies (TCM) cable channel to the home video retail market with a line of TCM-branded VHS releases from the RKO Pictures library. Although there are better versions of all the same films on DVD and Blu-ray today, these VHS cassettes remain collectible for their exclusive Robert Osborne introductions for each film.

In addition to Osborne's intro seen here, the _Citizen Kane_ (1941) TCM VHS includes the 1991 Turner Home Entertainment video documentary "Reflections on Citizen Kane." Note that I also removed the "Now Available" commercial (which you can see in the _Mr. Blandings_ video linked below) and _Citizen Kane_ trailer (the latter to avoid a content ID match).
