If the stars and constellations are within the 90-110 claimed atmospheric zone inside the mesosphere and or beginning of the thermosphere, then electromagnetic energy and electricity are creating the energy necessary to heat up the upper atmosphere to cause sodium atoms to glow in the nighttime sky. And there must be a higher level of electrical output to cause the sun to shine bright and the moon to shine at night. The moon definitely - without question, has to be closer than than the stars.
