Well this piece is next to impossible to put into piano. I will talk through my thought process when trying to get this piece into a somewhat doable piano format.
- Having smashed my piano for a few minutes I decided that the tonal centre was somewhat around Fsharp - however the piece wasn't really tonal, infact not having many tones at all. The voice that comes in at the end starts and seems centred around this Fsharp however.
- Having worked this out kept the 'heartbeat' as a low fsharp and then tried to create a general harmony and slight off-putting high melody with Fsharp and g naturals to create dissonance and then some diminished chords/heavily dissonant minor second built chords.
Anyway, let me know what you thought, but take mercy this piece was really difficult to put into piano form...
