Roadside Spraying creates eyesore in Livingston. I do not approve of this method of defoliation at all! Whoever did this has turned the scenic Highway and Bayou into an eyesore. Why are we spraying these chemicals and poisoning our waterways in Livingston Parish? Has anyone else noticed this going on?? I can not believe that they are spraying these chemicals into the bayous and rivers of Louisiana. What the heck is the purpose? If there is a good reason for spraying at this location can someone please elaborate?
