While the track is featured in Choro-Q HG2's "E-Radio", turns out that it's an arranged version of an old MIDI track by Michael Walthius with its pitch increased by 2 seminotes. Excuse me for the minor audio stutter as it was edited via Audacity.
The other half of the radio station's tracks as well the score is made by Fumio Tanabe.
