Dealer technicians keep the world moving, and the Caterpillar Global Dealer Technician Challenge brings the best of the best from around the world together for a fun and heated competition. In Episode 3 of this series, Boston Rob Mariano and Adam Dean talk about the semi-finals that happened in Tinaja Hills, Arizona and the technicians who will be competing.

There were 10 technicians at the Tinaja Hills Learning and Demonstration Center for 5 spots in the finals.

Technicians had to navigate 8 stations during the competition and troubleshoot issues on the clock.

Technicians were evaluated on:
- Safety
- Quality
- Efficiency
- Customer Service
