The incident
While crossing the street I heard a car speeding from a nearby intersection which passed me. As he did so, I politely waved for him to slow down as it was a residential area with a clearly marked 30 mph road. The driver honked afterwards and continued driving down the road. Once I crossed the last half of the road, I noticed the driver make a U-turn. I walked in the opposite direction that the car had previously been going and kept an eye on the vehicle as it passed me. The driver then made another U-turn two blocks down at which point I pulled out my phone and started recording. The video speaks for itself as you can clearly see this person not only broke several traffic rules but started heckling me for politely informing him to slow down and recording him stalking me afterwards.
I share this video for a two reasons:
1) In order for the public to be aware of and avoid this individual.
2) In the hopes that by sharing this the same individual will realize that he was wrong, apologizes, and seeks counseling.
