Why did I use the Auger? I take whatever the mystery box gives me for the sake of variety. The Hades or the Kraken would probably be optimal, but there's really not all that much difference between most weapons.Black Ops 4 DotN EE Solo Former World Record - 35:15FearfulFerret2018-12-29 | Atlas Problem Solutions: imgur.com/a/uMuPTjS
Been grinding this run a ton over the past couple weeks, and ended with a run I'm very proud of. Absolutely crushes the previous record by over 5 minutes, not to mention being faster than the two most popular EE guides on Youtube.

Main time loss was in the second Ra challenge, where apparently letting the fire catalyst self-destruct fails the challenge even if he is the next target. Plenty of slop at this early stage of running this level, but I'm excited to try out the other Zombies maps! Also, this is the classic elixir category, which doesn't use any consumable items.

I've been playing Eve Online for the past month and have been absolutely loving it. I recently became a member of TEST Alliance and have been looking for ways to contribute despite my low combat skills, so I decided to put together a video of a stratop. Despite having a relatively large YouTube channel, this is my first time doing video editing, so please go easy on me :DObduction Speedrun/Walkthrough in 1:15:08 - All Trees WRFearfulFerret2016-08-28 | Obduction is really bad and I will explain why during its many long loading screens. I probably won't return to this game until there's a load remover, and maybe not even then.
The speed glitch works because there are three different buttons that make you go forward (W, up arrow, and left thumbstick on controller) and they add together for some reason. Strafing sideways adds an additional 40% speed as well.
Unlike other runners, I consider the "ending" where you are killed by the WMD to not be an ending to the game; instead, I see that as the game's one and only failure state. As such I personally consider this to be the any% WR, but I understand why others instead call this the "All Trees" WR and will follow that convention until whatever community builds up around this game decides differently.

Though I'm sure there are still routing improvements to be made, I'm very happy with my execution in this run.
The only significant change in Enhanced Edition for the purposes of this speedrun is the addition of mouse freelook. I had no experts assisting me; everything was purely based off of memory. Go to http://www.bombmanual.com to see just how crazy some of the challenges in this game can get.
I have every module memorized with the exception of Who's on First, which was fortunately not on this bomb. This bomb was very favorable for speedrunning, with two buttons, a simple wire, a very easy complex wires, and a fast password. I got a bad needy module (capacitor), but the bomb went so fast I barely needed to bother with it. Memory and Wire Sequence were the only multi-step modules, and neither gives me much trouble. Going to try to improve on this time in the future, finish out memorizing the manual, and possibly explore longer speedruns of the game.Deus Ex: Human Revolution Speedrun Former World Record - 39:27FearfulFerret2015-10-02 | Check out the up-to-date leaderboards at http://www.speedrun.com/dxhr Come watch my stream for live world record attempts at http://www.twitch.tv/fearfulferret If you're interested in running this game yourself, check out PenAgain's excellent tutorial at youtube.com/watch?v=QnjRXxRssgY&index=1&list=PL5HfmiZe64G9TkCUXH6_A0eq7IE-Srs5A

Nobody's really done many runs since the 1.3 update, so most categories (including this one) don't have any runs yet. This run is basically world record by default, but I still think it's a good record. Improvement would have to come from a better weapon, since this had a tungsten bow with frostburn arrows and an archery potion, which will probably be tough to beat. My best guess for a better weapon would be an amazon.
The Eye cannot be summoned until nighttime, so during the first day all you have to do is find a suspicious looking eye in a cavern chest and prepare for the fight.

This is the random seed world record as of January 26, 2015. Timing starts when you begin movement, which is why I took some time to get my bearings before starting the run. The seed was basically perfect for a random seed run, with the exception of a somewhat distant stronghold. The only major mistake was digging for a flint to craft an arrow before looking around for a fletcher. Everything else went quite well.
OBS failed to capture the game from 3:42 to 3:57. The multi-stack duplication glitch requires you to close and re-open the game, and sometimes OBS fails to capture the new Minecraft window. Fortunately it only skipped a short multi-item dupe.

I'd say this is my first really solid run of this game. So far, no useful major glitches have been found. Most timesaves have come from finding ways to skip cutscenes. The route requires a lot of thinking on your feet, as warchief attributes and locations are random, as are most rune drops.

There are way too many glitches to explain, but I'll make two points - every death is intentional, and whenever I play a radio message, I'm doing so to skip dialogue or, in the case of Olympus Heights, "store" the level transition so I can teleport to Apollo Square after completing the objective in Olympus.
