Long story short, my Rivian service experience, excelled and outperformed all of my expectations by a wide margin!
The vehicle itself is outstanding and I simply can’t say enough about it or my overall experience with Rivian from purchase to service. A few days in what is supposed to be an upscale internal combustion engine reminds me exactly how good the Rivian really is.
