Taking delivery of a new Rivian R2? Before the excitement takes over and you drive away, there are quite a few things worth checking.
In this video, I walk through my complete Rivian R2 delivery checklist, including what to expect during the delivery process, exterior inspection, panel alignment, wheels and tires, doors, tailgate, charge port, frunk, cameras, lights, interior, software, navigation, app controls, resets and more.
I also show a few things I noticed on my own R2 and actually go through the process of diagnosing an issue and requesting a Rivian service appointment through the app.
My R2 delivery was actually the smoothest delivery I've had between my Rivians, but even with a good delivery there were still a few things worth catching.
