Last weekend I visited the Milwaukee County Zoo to say goodbye to 1924 before it left, and as luck would have it, this weekend I went up to the Dells and couldn't help but stop by at what will be her new home soon, the Riverside & Great Northern Railway. And ironically, one of the Zoo's other former steamers, 1916, was running! Some of the new coaches they recently restored gave it an eerie visual, as said coaches look a lot like the Zoo's coaches.
As a bonus, the Amtrak Borealis passed by while I was there, and the Pepsi Can HU, 160, was leading!
