This is one of the many trials where they give you multiple routes, but most of them intentionally slow you down. I'm sure there's a speedier trick/route to this one that I'm just not getting that could probably save more time, but this was about the best I could do for Gold Rank.

Completing this trial unlocks Tactical Slide, an alternate utility skill for Commando.
