Essentially Setup for really consistant "god run" setup with 5 artifacts that synergize for tons of loot while not making it too annoying to get run going. Command to get Early Clover, and Avoid Lag creating items, Cognation to have every enemy spawn elite on death to get items via clover, Glass to have damage early to start killing cognation enemies, Tempus to Speed up item stacking into "god state" and Prestige to get guaranteed mountain Shrines to increase boss amount and thus items gained further escalating getting to "god run" status.
