There's probably a faster way to do this one but I couldn't be bothered to figure out the most optimal route. On top of that there's a bit of RNG to this one as the totem and goat hoof spawns are chance-based. They appear when you walk near certain areas but only SOMETIMES.
Completing this trial unlocks Hunter's Harpoon.
