I'm pretty sure the original video upload of this was the first ever someone captured video from a real Commodore 128 VDC (aka 80 column video mode) and uploaded it to Youtube. It was incredibly difficult to convert and capture the video. The choppiness shown is not present on real hardware, nor was it present on the original captured video. It was something Youtube's compression introduced back then. I'm not sure if I have the original video archived anywhhere. If I ever find it, I'll upload fresh again and hopefully the choppiness issue would be gone.
Original 2010 description:
"Crest & Oxyron released this demo in 2001 for the Commodore 128 computer using the VDC gfx chip (80 column mode). This is a proper recording with my genuine Commodore 128 plugged directly into my PC's TV card. This demo does not make use of the SuperCPU 128 accelerator, so it is turned off. This demo ran perfectly from a D64 image on my uIEC CF card reader."
