This game prominently features Risa Tachibana, a real life idol singer and actress, as the secondary protagonist; the primary protagonist being you, the player.
The game opens as you, an avid fan of Risa, attend a concert that she is performing at, when sudddenly you are transported into a fantasy land. You then encounter a fairy who tells you that Delila, the Wicked Witch of Darkness, is trying to corrupt this realm. The only way to stop the Darkness is to gather the Three Mystic Artifacts; the Harp of Peace, the Sword of Justice, and the Gem of Love; only then can you defeat the Witch, purify the land, and return home. And so you and Risa set off on their journey, encountering such fairy tale characters as the Matchstick Girl, the Honest Woodcutter, Urashima Tarou and many others.
To this day, this game was never released in English in any way, shape or form; and no fan translation exists.
This game was also the first Konami NES soundtrack to use the familiar instruments that we all know and love. This game was composed by Shinya Sakamoto, Hidenori Maezawa, Atsushi Fujio, Kiyohiro Sada, Shiro Murata, Yukie Morimoto, and Michiru Yamane (her first credited work).
