In Riquewihr, an iconic village that has produced some of Alsace's finest wines since the Middle Ages, a winery is carrying out its last harvest of the season. This morning, they are gathering the final bunches of Gewürztraminer grapes, grapes with a distinctive character, concentrated by time. Their aromatic richness will allow them to produce a remarkable late harvest wine and a selection of noble grapes.
