RIP Kevin Conroy.
What an absolute Legend. The Batman that defined my entire childhood. I still remember as a kid telling my parents we had to go straight home after school because Batman The Animated Series is going to come on at 3. As a young man he instilled in me a sense of right and wrong. His interpretation of Batman made me want to be a better man, even from a young age. He was my tv dad as I’m sure he was for a lot of you. This one was unexpected and cuts deep. A passing like this makes me feel old. The knowledge of knowing that world is just a tiny bit dimmer. I really wish I had a chance to meet you. I guess we never have as much time as we think we do. It’s only 2:26pm and already it feels like the darkest of knights. Rest easy prince of Gotham. You are Vengeance. You are the Night. You have been, are, and always will be, Batman.
