Synopsis: As Los Angeles burns during turbulent racial riots, IRA terrorists seize the opportunities they've help fuel as a diversion to kidnap the daughter of a British ambassador for ransom. The American military assigns SAS war hero Major Shane Alcott (Gary Daniels) to this politically discrete suicide mission to rescue her.
