On emulator the hbj was the hardest part by far. This takes a lot of luck, but if I was playing on normal mode I would not have to reply on refreezing the last enemy, and it's possible to avoid having to refreeze the first one. I did this with savestates, but I am confident it's doable on console without them. I won't do it as there isn't much of an incentive for me to do a low% segmented run, but I figured I would make a video just in case.
