There is a serious lack of pictures of Rinto Kagamine on the internet.
Anyways, as for this song's information... I'm a bit confused on this, so maybe someone can help me. The original song by by Hatsune Miku, and it's called Online Game Addicts Sprechchor. I think 'sprechchor' is German for 'chant'. But Rin's version (which I've turned into Rinto's here) is titled Online Game Addicts Chant. But I don't think Rin's one has a different Japanese title... Oh well.
As far as I know the song's title is Online Game Addicts Chant (ネトゲ廃人シュプレヒコール / Netoge Haijin Shupurehikouru) by Satsuki Ga Tenkomori and sung by Rin Kagamine. I don't own the song or picture, I just downpitched it to make a Rinto version.
