The second boss fight for Riku in World That Never Was. For the first phase just block his projectiles, if he dashes use invuln after that block to dodge first dash attack. Then count, he'll always dash 5 times. For second phase it's simply counter attacks or block/fireball until he does his wave attack. You'll have to dodge that one. This was on my 2nd playthrough on critical mode difficulty.
