The boss fight for Riku in The Grid. For this boss, the safest spot is directly on top of him, in the air. Use your counter attack to remain invulnerable longer for his disc barrage. Best dream eaters to use are the ones that make you fly. This was on my 2nd playthrough on critical mode difficulty.
