The boss fight for Riku in Country of the Musketeers. One of the easiest bosses in the game, just use strike raid. Strike raid can hit him through walls so you're never in danger, then block/counter his hands or climb on something until they vanish. This was on my 2nd playthrough on critical mode difficulty.
