On Wednesday 23rd June the STOP67 campaign hosted a webinar to discuss its demand for the introduction of a statutory Right to Remain in the Job with expert legal and industrial relations practitioners.
The Right to Remain in the Job is an essential pillar of our campaign for Fair and Flexible Pensions for All. Politicians and policy makers can make the Right to Remain in the Job a reality by introducing legislation which would allow, but not compel, an employee to work on to the State pension age.
TDs from the government parties Fianna Fáil, Fine Gael and the Green Party and the main opposition parties Sinn Féin, the Labour Party, Social Democrats and People Before Profit were asked to respond to the speakers during the webinar.
