Afather many, many months of not managing to venture up past Ballater and into the depths of Aberdeenshire. First on the agenda was Bennachie, a place that I’d heard about and even seen from Pitfichie a few years ago, but hadn’t yet been to.

Unfortunately our knowledge was limited and many of the trails were covered in downed trees. Thankfully the main walkers path was quite a bit of fun.
