This was the third year that I attended the bike the Bluebonnets ride. I really enjoyed the ride. April 11, 2026. Its the 28th year of this ride. we did run into rain on this 36 mile course. And our group kind of splintered a bit as two were wanting to go at a much slower pace, then you had the main group, and then Kenny and I were trying to outrun the rain. By the time I was packed up and heading to the car, the main group had caught up with us and then I got a call from the trailing group who was at the last rest area 4 miles or so from the finish.
