This film rides Chesterfield Corporation tram No. 7 which dates from 1904. There are also several lineside views of the passing tram plus still image slideshows showing the two passenger saloons.

Originally a double-deck open-top tram it was fitted with a roof in 1919.

This is a balcony design tram - it has two fully enclosed seating areas (one each upstairs and downstairs) plus open balconies / verandas at each end.
