Hamster's announcement of Arcade Archives 2 with Ridge Racer serving as its debut entry struck a little curiosity, as the original Ridge Racer is not a game I've seriously dived in to.

Which changes now, as the focus of this episode is on said PlayStation conversion, one of the third party titles to launch alongside it and helped Sony's grey box to build its place in gaming history.
