This Ego Stick is turned from a 10mm square 260mm long (about ⅜-in square x 10-in long) using a ½-in skew chisel. In the 1980s & '90s I used to turn these as a finale to my day-long demos. I call them ego sticks because they're very good for your self-esteem when you complete one.
