Richard Dawkins is an evolutionary biologist and was the first holder of the Charles Simonyi Chair for the Public Understanding of Science at Oxford University, and a Fellow of New College, Oxford, Retired. His most recent book, The Magic of Reality: How We Know What's Really True was published in 2011.
