Richard Allen was found guilty in November 2024 of murdering 13-year-old Abby Williams and 14-year-old Libby German near the Monon High Bridge in Delphi, Indiana. He was sentenced to 130 years. He is currently appealing his conviction.
Our guest isn’t speculating from the outside. He lived it. He saw Richard Allen behind bars — and he has a strong opinion about his guilt.
