Ingredients
Beef
* 1000 g beef, cut into bite sized pieces
* 1 onion, chopped
* 1 tsp salt
* 1 tsp beef seasoning
* 1 tsp curry powder
* 1 tsp dried thyme
* 1 cup water
Gizzard
* 500 g chicken gizzards, cleaned and cut into smaller pieces
* 1 handful chopped onion
* 1 tsp salt
* 2 Knorr cubes (about 3 tsp powdered Knorr seasoning)
* 1 tsp dried thyme
* 1 tsp curry powder
* Water, as needed for cooking
Pepper Mix
* 3 large red bell peppers, roughly chopped
* 4 medium tomatoes, roughly chopped
* 1 small onion, roughly chopped
* 4 to 5 Scotch bonnet peppers, roughly chopped
For the Sauce
* ½ tsp salt
* ½ tsp beef seasoning
* ½ tsp curry powder
* ½ tsp dried thyme
For Garnish
* 2 to 3 spring onions, thinly sliced
