A bunch of modders/hackers/translators over at http://GBATemp.net, made an English translation for Rhythm Tengoku, which is done rather well! There's still a few glitches (minor sprite flickering, etc.) and the graphical Japanese text is still... well, Japanese...
But, overall, I'm glad these guys made this. I know it's not the final product, but I thought I should upload some footage of it in action.
