How to get from a rhino to a icosahedron!?
Despite the fact that I was down with a severe cold this week, I did manage to produce something coherent. I think.
The trail of thought went something like this:
- What is this virus that is bothering me? A rhino virus (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rhinovirus). Which happens to have the shape of a icosahedron (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Icosahedron)
- I wanted to do something with 3 dimensions anyway - thanks to Matt Parker from StandUpMath (youtube.com/user/standupmaths/videos) – and I had settled to begin with a icosahedron
- But: Excel can’t do 3D graphs – not without some add-in I’m not willing to install – yet. How do I tackle that…..
Somehow I'm getting less and less happy with the audio - found out that bckground noise is picked up after all :-(
