Abilities: mastery of lightning and electricity, flight, super speed, enhanced agility, can summon a blade of lightning at will
Weaknesses: wind abilities can counter his lightning abilities, in his first form he has trouble slowing down if he goes at high speed, extreme torso damage
Arc blade: this is his sword that he can summon at anytime, it can cut through most normal metals ( iron, steel, etc), and can paralyze or electricute someone on contact
Blitz form: he gets an overall boost in all his powers, and can move almost as fast as light in this form, he has much more control over his speed too
Arc blade blitz mode: his arc blade can generate lightning much faster than the normal arc blade and can shoot lightning slashes and thunder razor blast, and can cut through even some of the hardest metals if he puts enough power into it
Blitz form weaknesses: wind powers can still counter his lightning abilities, extreme torso damage reverts him back to base form
