Check out another one of the #OpenMicArtists from #RHETORIC2017. He paints a picture from the perspective of one of the Roman soldiers present and participatory at the crucifixion of Jesus. What you will experience is a poem painting the thoughts of a centurion soldier at the scene of the crucifixion of who he once thought of as a self-proclaimed "god"... Jesus. It is quite the creative revelation of guilt as he realizes Christ's identity. This is his piece entitled, "Surely".
