At a previous Maker Faire, Ben Krasnow brought his cool coffee table which used a rheoscopic fluid to demonstrate turbulent flow. youtube.com/watch?v=i6hsc70Fl34 He demonstrated simpler versions of this at the Maker Faire 2015, and I thought I'd give it a try. I ordered some powdered mica from Amazon amazon.com/gp/product/B008H3NJ4G/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and mixed 1/4 tsp into a 1liter Smart Water bottle. Science ensues!
