I spent this summer grinding this category on and off. I managed to cut over 10 minutes out of my original decathalon run (youtu.be/lfUtodgof2w), but ultimately was not totally happy with this run, which had 4 minor deaths. In total I estimate I could realistically cut off about 2:40, which means sub-30 would be very difficult, at least for now.
