I have often mentioned that Reykjavik is poorly located relative to the plate boundaries and the huge volcanic system named after Krísuvik. I filmed this the summer of 2025 for my video about the volcanoes around the city, still in the making, but this bit deserves to me on it's own as the circle has a story to tell. I didn't put any place markers this time since i will be making this clip and other from same tour into a extensive video abut the threats around the city. one is the little pond with a house next to it in the middle of the video, it's the cold water supplies. The location of the city is highly questionable and how we design new building plots is certainly not helping at all.
