The original effect was made by U-Man, same guy responsible for Chorded. The effect was seen in We got to have YOTOBI, and was likely made on February 2015.

Apply the default Gradient Map preset.
Point 0: R - 255; G - 197; B - 143; A - 255
Point 1: White
Point 2: R - 227; G - 199; B - 148; A - 255
Apply IL Vocodex and select the Power preset.
