One of my older Ryobi battery packs would not charge anymore. The voltage was almost 0. I took it apart to see what I could do. I was able to revive it!

If it was bad, you could try to re-cell it... but now Vanon makes knock-off battery packs ( amzn.to/2Oa46Fw ) that are much less expensive than the official Ryobi batteries ( amzn.to/37EWL8S )
