A note: A few of the herbs/materials listed in my original video (molasses, agar agar) I can not find associations to binding, nor have I ever used in my practice. (Young Frankie, why do you do this to me). My commentary in THIS video is made off my personal knowledge and associations, and without having knowledge of associations of a personal UPG on the materials, I *personally* wouldn't recommend it. This isn't to say that they *wouldn't* work or they shouldn't be used.
